- A REQUEST FOR MEMBERSHIP BY WRITER - SIGNED
- COVER LETTER, mentioning the applicant's points of interest : The reasons for the request, The objectives and the requested status (Member, Partner or member), taking into account the definitions and expectations of each status
- The Executive Director will accuse receipt of the request and send the list of documents necessary to complete the request
- An appointment will then be made for more information
- The members of the office will study the request and send an answer within fortnight
2-For accepted request
- SEND COPIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS (Nif copy – Statistical copy - RCS copy – Other tax documents mentioning the legalization of the establishment
- FILLING AND SENDING THE MEMBERSHIP CARD (Signed and stamped)
- For individual people : NIC COPY AND LETTER OF COMMITMENT
Acceptance of his membership, the member is required to pay the contribution and the amount of annual membership (species, bank transfer, Deposit at the bank, …)
Any membership request will not be automatically accepted. The NGO SAHA TELO does not have to make known the reasons for a possible refusal and does not have to justify its decision
