MATOR is a rural structure that supports sustainable development of rural communities through responsible tourism.

Founded by farmers who are members of the Confederation of Malagasy farmers, It brings together a dozen famer associations and basic communities are distributed in 11 Madagascar Regions.

MATOR 's main objectives are :

– Value local resources by tourism –
– Improve the living conditions of peasants by generating additional income
– support the socio-economic and cultural development of communities.

It also offers technical and financial support in the fields of agriculture, crafts and environmental protection.

MATOR offers stays promoting immersion in the local culture while contributing to the preservation of the environment.
